(GUIDELINES AND TERMS)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users and All individuals who have registered and paid to get enrolled into our Music Courses for individual music lessons or, group music classes (classified as a “Student” or “user” or “You” or “Your”) of the online platform of Burntune Music and Media Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Burntune” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Company”) a Private company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having registered office at Flat No B-18 Shree Siddhivinayak Pl Haveli Pune Undari (Part) (N.V.) Pune, Maharashtra, India - 412308  on the Burntune Platform. The Burntune Platform includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which includes but is not limited to products, software and service offered via the Burntune Platform or any service or application that Burntune introduces from time to time

A. How it works

Burntune Music & Media Pvt Ltd offers a wide range of courses catering to diverse interests and abilities.

All courses shall be on online mode, and once enrolled, students receive an email with details of how to log in to an individual student portal, where they will receive the articles and information they need to get started.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We also accept payment through Internet Banking. We do not store credit/debit card details. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to secure your card information

B. General Guidelines and scheme

  1. Code of Ethics - We expect our users and students not to get indulged in any form of verbal or physical harassment against students, faculties, or other members of our community, and from any form of academic dishonesty including misrepresentation, fraud, plagiarism, or cheating. Similar complaints or academic dishonesty will be investigated by the company. Students who fail to comply with these policies may be dismissed at any time with no reimbursement of fees and legal action can be taken at the sole discretion of higher management and the Board of Directors of the company
  2. Right to use your content - You may post reviews, comments and share with us any music, audio, video, or any other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringement of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of spam. Further, you give Burntune a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the User Content and communication in developing its Platform and in any of its marketing or promotional activities.

C. Deposits and Refunds

Every user or student is required to deposit the particular amount or fees for any course being offered by the Burntune and full payment is to be made before attending the first session of the selected course. we reserve the right to increase the fee for any course at any time as deemed fit by us. As far as refunds are concerned, we want our users and students to be satisfied and every course or program is eligible for a refund except for the Introductory Masterclasses.

  1. What if we cancel - If Burntune cancels or discontinues a course or program stated in the list of programs, we will refund all monies paid for that course or program.
